CPC2907B 60V Solid State Relay IXYS CPC2907B 60V 2A Dual Solid State Relay (SSR) comprises two independent, optically coupled, bidirectional MOSFET switches. This normally open (1-Form-A), dual OptoMOS Relay provides a more compact design solution than discrete single-pole relays in a variety of applications, saving board space by incorporating both switches in a single 8-pin surface mount package. When the IXYS CPC2907B SSR is in single-pole mode, each switch is capable of 2A continuous load current at +25°C. Concurrent operation of both of the CPC2907B poles allows up to 1.7A continuous load current through each switch, with an input to output isolation of 4000Vrms. Each switch operates with a 5mA infrared LED input control current. The CPC2907B is offered in a compact, 8-pin Power SOIC package.
