CPC1705Y Solid State Relay IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1705Y Solid State Relay (SSR) is a DC-switching, normally closed solid state relay. This relay is built with optically coupled MOSFET technology and provides 2500Vrms input to output isolation. The CPC1705Y relay output is constructed with an efficient MOSFET switch that utilizes OptoMOS architecture.
