Victron Energy SmartShunt 1000A / 50mV IP65 Smart Battery Shunt The SmartShunt is a one-piece battery monitor, but without a display. Your mobile phone acts as the display. SmartShunt connects via Bluetooth to the VictronConnect application on your phone (or tablet), so you can conveniently read all monitored battery parameters, i.e. charge status, remaining operating time, historical data, and more.

SmartShunt can also be connected to the device GX, which can also be read. The SmartShunt connection is made with a VE.Direct cable.

SmartShunt is a good alternative to the BMV battery monitor, especially in systems where battery monitoring is necessary, but excessive cables would create unnecessary clutter.

SmartShunt is equipped with a Bluetooth system, VE.Direct port and a socket that can be used to: monitor a second battery, monitor an intermediate point or connect a temperature sensor.
