Set for heating water in ECO Solar Boost 2050W MPPT 5xPV Mono boilers. The simplest system for heating water in boilers available on the market.
The set consists of 5 Kingdom Solar KD-M410H-108 Half Cell monocrystalline panels with a power of 410 W each, ECO Solar Boost MPPT converters - 3000 3kW and complete cabling, 25 meters long, terminated with MC4 connectors on one side and eyelet connectors for the converter on the other. The system is simple, it only requires connecting 5 pieces of typical photovoltaic panels with an operating voltage of about 32V or an appropriate number of others, and an energy receiver, e.g. electric boiler, underfloor heating.
The direct current produced in panels, which cannot directly power heating devices, is converted into alternating current in the converter, which can now be used to power heating devices.
The maximum power of the system is 3kW, the converter has priority output number '1 ' and dependent output number '2'.
Installation diagram
This allows you to connect two heating devices, e.g. two boilers, one of which will be heated first, and the other when the thermostat of the first one stops receiving energy from the converter. Thanks to the implemented MPPT function, the converter will automatically adapt to the heater power and set its operating point so that the energy received from the photovoltaic panel system is maximum.
ATTENTION! Heating devices with electronic controllers can only be powered from output number 1.

The table on the right shows how to select the optimal heater depending on the power and voltage of the PV system. The selection of the optimal heater guarantees the highest efficiency of the PV system for heating water.
As you can see, the real power of 230V heaters is strongly dependent on the voltage of the PV system, optimal heaters are marked in green, too weak in orange, and too strong in red.
