Product description The PRO-2000S sinus voltage converter is used to power electrical devices requiring 230V alternating voltage from 24V DC batteries and car installations. It can also be successfully used as an emergency energy source for devices requiring continuous power supply, such as furnaces and central heating pumps.
One housing with a color display contains an automatic network voltage regulator AVR, a 20A rectifier, and a 30A MPPT solar regulator for charging batteries. , a switch enabling switching off the battery charging from the network and a pure SINUS converter based on a toroidal transformer, which compensates for different reactive power of receivers (capacitive, inductive and resistive loads can be combined) and responds very flexibly to overloads (starting pumps, compressors, motors). The converter can operate in UPS mode, which ensures continuous and trouble-free operation of blowers, feeders, pumps, etc.
The S series has a solid and elegant casing and additionally a direct input to solar panels and a priority switch for the solar/grid operation mode.
The refreshed version of sinusPRO 2000S has button to turn the charger off or on. Thanks to this, we can turn off charging while leaving the BYPASS function active. In solar mode and with the mains charger turned off, after the battery is discharged (at night, when there is no charging), the power supply will switch to BYPASS mode without charging the battery. The feature that distinguishes sine converters from classic simple AC/DC converters is the generation of an alternating voltage at the output sinusoidal waveform, identical to that in the power grid. This allows you to power devices equipped with electric motors and transformers, such as power tools, pumps and low-power household appliances. Simple, cheap converters actually produce a square-wave voltage, sometimes incorrectly called a 'modified sine wave'.
Such voltage is not suitable for powering inductive or capacitive devices and may damage them.
