Description
Single-phase hybrid solar inverter ESB Off-Grid MPPT SINUS 7.5kW 24V ESB series solar inverters are intended for building independent 230V Off-grid power supply systems based on energy obtained from PV panels, power grid and battery. Thanks to the modular design and flexible configuration, ESB inverters they can work in UPS mode with battery charging from PV panels and/or the grid, they can also work in buffer systems powered only by PV panels and/or supported by grid energy.

The set includes: ESB solar inverter

Communication cable

Control panel

MC4 connectors

User manual in Polish

The most important parameters: Type: Off-Grid Solar Inverter

Type: single-phase

Output voltage: 230 VAC

Maximum power: 7500 VA

Continuous power: 3600 W

Output voltage waveform: PURE SINUS

Battery charging current: 80 A

Cooling: Active - fan

Wi-Fi control: YES

MPPT function: YES

The product produces a pure sinusoidal output signal, identical like the one in the power grid. Thanks to this solution, the inverter is compatible with, among others: with: refrigerators, central heating pumps, furnaces, household appliances and electronics, lighting, computers and many other devices. Basic functions of the device: Solar inverter with a purely sinusoidal waveform

Configurable supply input voltage range

Managing battery charging modes

Battery charging priority selection: Solar or Grid

Cooperation with power generators

Auto-restart function in the event of a power outage in the AC network

Protection against overload, short circuit and overheating

Intelligent battery charging system

Cold start function

Removable control panel (can be installed up to 20m from the device)

Communication ports: RS485, CAN-BUS, RS232

Bluetooth communication

Setting power priorities: AC grid / PV system / battery

Characteristics of the ESB model ESB series devices combine the functions of an inverter, solar charge controller and battery charger, which allows you to create an uninterruptible emergency power supply system in one device.

The user-friendly control panel allows any configuration of the device. Operation mode with or without a battery allows you to set power priorities, e.g. PV panels, battery or network.

We must connect the inverter either to the grid or to batteries, so that the devices have power when the panels do not produce energy (e.g. after sunset). Of course, we can connect the inverter to both the grid and the batteries at the same time.

The connection system can work with both the power grid and power generators.

Description of operation When there is no voltage from the PV installation, energy from the grid passes through the inverter to the receiving sources. If the photovoltaic installation starts producing electricity, then the receiving sources draw energy from the PV installation.

In a situation when we have a battery connected and the installation produces energy (the excess is directed to charging the batteries), the receiving sources draw energy first from the PV installation (if such are settings). In this case, the consumed energy does not pass through the batteries. Only when the PV installation does not produce energy, it is taken from the battery.

Removable control panel The inverter configuration and control is available using an intuitive control panel, which can be installed in a convenient place up to 20 m from the inverter.

Communication via the Inverters application ESB series are equipped with a Bluetooth communication system. It allows you to manage the inverter using a smartphone and the free 'WatchPower' application available in the Google Play store. The application allows you to replace the control panel. After installing it, you can easily connect to the inverter. The communication distance is approximately 6 ~ 7 meters.

Other communication options with the device:Connection via RS-232 cable and inverter management using the program provided on the CD

Potential-free 0/I relay control

BMS - requires additional equipment

Hybrid inverter The most important feature of inverters is the ability to build hybrid power systems without an external battery, which has a significant impact on the cost and reliability of the system and the profitability of the investment.
