    C0G Commercial Grade SMD ≤250V MLCCs KEMET C0G Commercial Grade 10VDC to 250VDC Surface-Mount Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (SMD MLCCs) feature a 125°C maximum operating temperature and are considered stable. These MLCCs feature a Class I material that exhibits no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage. KEMET C0G Commercial Grade SMD ≤250V MLCCs offer a negligible change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature. Capacitance change is limited to ±30ppm/°C from -55°C to +125°C. These temperature-compensating MLCCs are ideal for resonant circuit applications or those where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are required.
