    Description
    Soft Termination MLCCs for High Reliability TAIYO YUDEN Soft Termination Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors, designed for high-reliability grade applications, are AEC-Q200 qualified (for automotive systems) and offer improved resistance to bending. Conductive resin suppresses cracking, which can occur from stress deflection of the substrate, temperature cycling, and thermal shock. High noise absorption characteristics are enabled by low equivalent series resistance (ESR). TAIYO YUDEN Soft termination MLCCs provide high permissible ripple current values, small case sizes with high rated voltage, and high insulation resistance and breakdown voltage for reliability.
