These capacitors can be fabricated on large area substrates and state-of-the-art, laser-direct imaging, creating improved cost benefits and tolerance control. In addition, these low-profile RF capacitors can support frequencies above 1GHz and are expansion matched to printed circuit boards for improved reliability.
