These devices offer a 1200V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) with a 35A maximum average on-state current (IT(AV)). The maximum required DC gate current to trigger (IGT) is a low 150mA. The Vishay VS-40TPS12 is a flexible solution for reliable AC power rectification.
