The automotive fast recovery rectifiers offer high surge, low forward voltage (VF) rugged blocking diode for DC charging stations. These fast recovery rectifiers feature a flexible solution for reliable AC power rectification. These RoHS compliant rectifiers are automotive AEC-Q101 qualified and meet JESD 201 class 1A whisker test. Applications include onboard and off-board Electric Vehicles (EV) / Hybrid-Electric-Vehicles (HEV) battery chargers and renewable energy inverters.
