The MEGA Schottky technology helps in achieving a low leakage current. These rectifiers function with a reverse voltage (VR) of ≤ 60V and are AEC-Q101 qualified. The PMEG60Tx Schottky barrier rectifiers can reflow and wave soldering with small, flat lead SMD power plastic packages. These rectifiers also feature high power capability due to clip-bonding technology. The Nexperia PMEG60Tx Schottky barrier rectifiers function with a -55°C to 175°C ambient temperature range. These rectifiers are ideal for low voltage rectification, high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch-mode power supply, reverse polarity protection, freewheeling, and low power consumption applications.
