Featuring a small, low profile package, these rectifiers can be used by automatic pick and place machines.Features and Benefits• US1A and US1M rectifiers feature matte tin plated leads (solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22 B-102 depending on model).• A coloured band indicates the cathode end.• These rectifiers are constructed with a glass passivated pallet chip junction that can enhance reverse voltage resistance and decrease the risk of leakage.• These rectifier diodes are efficient with ultra fast reverse recovery time and low switching losses.• US1A and US1M rectifiers meet MSL 1 (Moisture Sensitivity Level 1), which means the package is robust and not sensitive to moisture during reflow.• Capable of managing high forward surges.ApplicationsThese rectifiers are suited to freewheeling and high frequency applications.
