V8PAM10S Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers Vishay General Semiconductor V8PAM10S Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) Rectifiers offer 100V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) with a 90A maximum peak forward surge current (IFSM). These rectifiers are very low profile and are ideal for automated placement. These devices use Vishay's Trench MOS Schottky technology and offer low forward voltage drop, low power losses, and high-efficiency operation. Each Vishay V8PAM10S devices are available as AEC-Q101 qualified. These features make this device ideal for use in high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection in commercial and automotive applications.
