These recovery rectifiers are constructed by a glass-passivated pellet chip junction and ensure stable reliable operation in the most severe temperature and power cycling conditions. The automotive fast recovery rectifiers offer high surge, low forward voltage (VF) rugged blocking diode for DC charging stations. These fast recovery rectifiers feature a flexible solution for reliable AC power rectification. These RoHS compliant rectifiers are automotive AEC-Q101 qualified and meet JESD 201 class 1A whisker test. Applications include onboard and off-board Electric Vehicles (EV) / Hybrid-Electric-Vehicles (HEV) battery chargers and renewable energy inverters.
