    Description
    TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers Vishay General Semiconductor TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers are offered in a range of package types. The SMPA package features current ratings from 3A to 60A in a low-profile surface-mount size with a typical height of 0.95mm. This series provides a low forward voltage drop down to 0.37V at 3A, which reduces power losses and increases efficiency. The 45V devices in the SMPA package are AEC-Q101-qualified for automotive applications, while 50V rectifiers are ideal for smartphone and tablet chargers. The SMPD package is available in 45V to 120V devices with current ratings from 10A to 60A and offers a low forward voltage drop down to 0.40V at 15A. Vishay General Semiconductor TMBS Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers have a low typical height of 1.7 mm in an SMPD package that is footprint compatible with the D2PAK (TO-263).
