    Description
    E3Dx SCHOTTKY Diodes & Rectifiers Wolfspeed E3Dx Schottky Diodes and Rectifiers feature 650V silicon carbide automotive rectifiers with zero reverse recovery current and zero forward recovery voltage. These automotive diodes offer high-frequency operation, temperature-independent switching behaviour, and extremely fast switching. Wolfspeed E3Dx SCHOTTKY diodes also offer a positive temperature coefficient on VF, increased system power density, higher system-level efficiency, and lower heat sink requirements. These automotive rectifiers operate at -55°C to +175°C temperature range, 650V repetitive peak reverse voltage, and 650V DC peak reverse voltage. Typical applications include AC/DC converters, PV inverters, and freewheeling diodes in inverter stages.
