The VS-Cx Schottky diodes feature virtually no recovery tail and no switching losses but exhibit temperature-invariant switching behavior. These diodes are available in different current ratings. Typical applications include AC/DC Power Factor Correction (PFC) and DC/DC ultra high-frequency output rectification in FBPS and LLC converters.
