Industrial Networking Cloud Clients Phoenix Contact Industrial Networking Cloud Clients are virtual private network (VPN) gateways designed to provide remote connectivity easily, affordably, and securely to devices and machines through the mGuard Secure Cloud. These Cloud Clients are optimised for a quick startup in the field, leveraging the mGuard Secure Cloud to provide users with remote access to their devices without the need for advanced networking knowledge. The Cloud Client devices provide routing between the customer’s internal network and the external network (internet) without a separate router. A Cloud Client option with a built-in WLAN interface allows flexibility for integrating the WAN into an existing infrastructure, wirelessly connecting local assets or for mobile worker access.
