The STS1TX is designed to operate both in the license-free ISM (industrial, scientific, and medical) and SRD (short range device) frequency bands at 169MHz, 315MHz, 433MHz, 868MHz, and 915MHz, but can also be programmed to operate at other frequencies in the 300MHz to 348MHz, 387MHz to 470MHz, and 779MHz to 956MHz bands. The air data rate is programmable from 1 to 500kbps, and the STS1TX can be used in systems with channel spacing of 12.5/25kHz, complying with the EN 300 220 standard.
