It features the Xtensa® 32-bit LX7 CPU that operates at up to 240MHz. The chip supports application development, without the need for a host MCU. The on-chip memory includes 320KB SRAM and 128KB ROM. It also supports multiple external SPI/QSPI/OSPI flash and external RAM chips for more memory space.
