    nRF52820 BLUETOOTH® 5.3 System-on-Chip (SoC) Nordic Semiconductor nRF52820 BLUETOOTH® 5.3 System-on-Chip (SoC) is a single-chip wireless solution offering built-in USB and advanced wireless connectivity in a small package. The nRF52820 features an Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor, clocked at 64MHz. It has 256KB Flash, 32KB RAM, and a range of analogue and digital interfaces such as an analogue comparator, UART, SPI, TWI, QDEC, and full-speed USB 2.0. The nRF52820 can be supplied with a voltage from 1.7V to 5.5V, allowing the device to be powered by sources such as rechargeable batteries or USB. The 2.4GHz multiprotocol radio is fully featured and provides up to +8dBm output power.
