The ATM32x1 SoCs offer 128KB Random Access Memory (RAM), 4KB One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory, and sophisticated power management. Low-duty cycle operation support allows systems to run significantly longer without battery replacement. These components support operation from various energy harvesting sources, including RF, Photovoltaic, TEG (Thermoelectric generator), and motion. Supported innovative wake-up mechanisms provide options for further power consumption reduction.
