The MACOM MASW-011145 offers >,18dB return loss in both through and isolated paths. The device operates with standard CMOS logic levels (1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V) and requires a 3.3V bias supply. It is designed for 27-31GHz satellite communications and comes in a lead-free, RoHS-compliant 20-lead 3mm laminate package. The device includes a negative voltage generator, when VSS (pin 12) is grounded, it supplies -3.3V internally, applying -3.3V to VSS disables the generator.
