QPF4800 Dual-Band Wi-Fi® 6 Front End Module Qorvo QPF4800 Dual-Band Wi-Fi® 6 Front End Module (FEM) integrates 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz Power Amplifiers (PAs), a regulator, two SPDT switches, a diplexer, and a Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) with bypass into a single, compact, 4mm x 3mm package. The QPF4800 FEM provides a transmit gain of over 29dB and a receive gain of 14dB, with a noise figure of 2.6dB while operating over a 5.0V supply. The QPF4800 is ideally suited for Wi-Fi 6 Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), access points, wireless routers, and IoT (Internet of Things) applications.
