RFX2411 2.4GHz RFeICs w/ Diversity Switch Skyworks Solutions Inc. RFX2411 single-chip, single-die RFeICs® (RF Front-end Integrated Circuit) provide the RF functionality required for wireless ZigBee/smart energy applications. The design of the RFX2411 incorporates the LNA, PA, transmit and receive switching circuitry, associated matching network, a harmonic filter, and a diversity switch. In addition, the PA power-detect circuit is also included. All these components are integrated on a single-chip CMOS device. The bypass mode provides maximum flexibility in system implementations.
