The QPA9122 offers 37dB gain at 2.6GHz with a peak power of 27dBm P3dB. These devices have a current of 95mA that provides good digital pre-distortion (DPD) with up to 160MHz instantaneous bandwidth (IBW), making the components ideal for m-MIMO applications. The QPA9122 is internally matched to 50Ω over the operating frequency band of 2.3GHz to 5.0GHz and features a shut-down function through the VPD pin.
