QPL1810 75Ω CATV Amplifier Qorvo QPL1810 75Ω CATV Amplifier is a GaAs pHEMT, single-ended, RF amplifier IC that offers 20dB of flat gain and low noise. The QPL1810 Amplifier are designed to support Fiber to The Home (FTTH) applications from 50MHz to 1800MHz using a single 5V supply. The Qorvo QPL1810 Amplifier can also be used from 5V to 8V, depending on linearity requirements. The QPL1810 Amp is available in a SOT-89 package for convenient layout and design in set-top and infrastructure projects in 75Ω CATV and satellite applications.
