    QPA9120 Driver Amplifiers Qorvo QPA9120 Driver Amplifiers are wideband driver amplifiers that offer high gain and high linearity. These driver amplifiers provide 1.8GHz to 5GHz operational frequency and 50Ω matched RF input/output. The QPA9120 driver amplifiers are designed on Qorvo's Enhancement Mode Pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor (E-pHEMT) process resulting in exceptional output performance. These driver amplifiers offer 36dBm output 3rd order intercept (OIP3) power and 22dBm output and 1dB compression (OP1dB) power. The QPA9120 driver amplifiers feature 29dB gain, fast DC power shutdown, and an externally-configurable DC operation current. These driver amplifiers are available in a small 3mm x 3mm QFN package. Qorvo QPA9120 Driver Amplifiers exhibit medium RF power making these amplifiers suitable for 5G dense array m-MIMO radio applications.
