The amplifier operates from DC to 22GHz and delivers 17dB of gain with a corresponding output 1dB compression point of +19dBm and a noise figure of 2.5dB at 10GHz. The CMD284P4 is a 50Ω matched design, which eliminates the need for RF port matching.
