Description
TAT7472A1F CATV pHEMT Dual RF Amplifier Qorvo TAT7472A1F CATV pHEMT Dual RF Amplifier is a 75Ω RF amplifier capable of operation up to 1218MHz. The TAT7472A1F is designed for CATV use and has two amplifiers for push-pull applications. This device is fabricated using 6' GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) pHEMT (Pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor) technology to optimize performance and cost. Each amplifier contains on-chip active biasing. The bias current set point of each amplifier is adjustable with a single resistor from the input to ground.
