These devices exhibit outstanding broadband NF, linearity over 700MHz to 3800MHz with a single match. The Guerrilla RF GRF2012x linear gain block amplifiers are internally matched to 50Ω at the input and output ports, needing only external DC blocks and a bias choke on the port. These devices operate at a 2.7V to 8V voltage range with a selectable Iddq range of 15 to 100mA for optimal efficiency and linearity. Typical applications include cellular booster (compensator) and linear driver amplifier.
