SKY65405-21 2.4GHz LNA Skyworks SKY65405-21 2.4GHz Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) is intended for 2.4GHz wireless receiver applications. The industry-leading Noise Figure (NF) and the high linearity features make it ideal first-stage LNA within 802.11b/g WLAN radios. The SKY65405-21 LNA operates from 2.8V to 5V single supply voltage and consumes only 12mA of current. This LNA includes a shutdown mode to save power when the receiver is inactive. Typical applications include PC cards, tablets, routers, USB dongles, 2.4GHz ISM radios, and other similar devices for 802.11b/g/n WLAN. The SKY65405-21 is available in a 6-pin 1.5mm x 1.5mm DFN package.
