Withstands high loads Preparation for securing threads against undesirable loosening, achieving high strength. Prevents loosening of parts subjected to vibrations. Perfect for permanently securing permanent connections in engine blocks and pump housings. The product hardens when it is placed between closely fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air. Temperature resistance up to +149C. Initial hardening takes about 20 minutes. Full after 24 hours. When used on less active metals, such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, pure aluminum, the setting time may be longer. Recommended for securing screws from M6 to M25 in devices that do not require frequent disassembly. To dismantle, heat the place to a temperature above +150C or use great force to break the connection. Recommended for use in applications where regular disassembly of parts is not required. Breaking moment for M10 screws: 22 Nm. ATTENTION! There may be different variants of parts in one car model.
