These S1GM and S1JM surface mount rectifiers operate from 400V to 600V reverse voltage and -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range. The S1GM and S1JM surface mount rectifiers are RoHS compliant, halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, and meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test.
