These FRED Pt ultra-fast diodes are available in 600V and 650V variants to reduce conduction losses and increase efficiency. The recovery diodes are available in 'U' and 'H' variants. The U series provides low forward voltage down to 1.4V for 600V diodes and are optimized to deliver high speeds for higher frequency applications. The H series offers reverse recovery times down to 25ns with low typical forward voltages down to 1.65V for 600V devices.
