Ultrafast & Recovery Modules Vishay Semiconductors Ultrafast and Recovery Modules feature a range of technologies. including FRED Pt®, HEXFRED®, and a high-performance Schottky diode. These modules operate with up to 2500V reverse voltage and 600A forward current and feature 300V, 650V, and 1200V reverse voltage variants. The series is designed and qualified for the industrial level and includes standard and fast recovery diode modules, Schottky modules, ultrafast modules, thyristor modules, and IGBT modules. Vishay Semiconductors Ultrafast and Recovery Modules are available in SOT-227 packaging. Typical applications include high voltage (HV) power supplies, electronic welders, motor control, and inverters.
