DUR Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers Littelfuse DUR Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers are designed to meet requirements for commercial and industrial applications. The DUR series provide ultrafast switching speed with very low reverse recovery time (TRR). These rectifiers also offer high junction temperature capability, high blocking voltage and low leakage and low forward voltage drop products. The rectifiers have high reliability in high ambient temperature or applications with minimal cooling. Littelfuse DUR Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers are ideal for switch mode power supplies and DC-DC converters.
