These rectifiers feature low forward voltage drops, low current leakage, and high forward surge capability. The devices are offered in a single- or dual-chip, surface-mount, TO-277A package. The compact 4.8mm x 6.7mm footprint and low 1.1mm profile (typical) of the TO-277A package enable high current density power supply designs.
