CMOS Programmable Operational Amplifiers Diodes Incorporated TLC271 and TLC27L1 CMOS Programmable Operational Amplifiers combine a wide range of input offset voltage grades with low offset voltage drift and high input impedance. TLC271 provides a bias-select mode that allows the designer to select the best combination of power dissipation and AC performance for a specific application. Diodes Inc offers the TLC27L1 variant as metal mask option of TLC271 with the device programmed for the lowest current consumption. The TLC271/TLC27L1 amplifiers are rated for 5V and ±5V supplies with a maximum recommended supply voltage of 16V. Both Op-Amps have an input common mode that includes the lower power supply rail enabling single power supply operation as low as 3V. The CMOS inputs enable use in high-impedance sensor applications. The TLC271 is well-suited for many consumer audio, industrial and other low power applications. Learn More
