    Description
    ADP196 High-Side Load Switch Analog Devices Inc. ADP196 High-Side Load Switch is designed for operation from 1.8V to 5.5V. This ADI load switch provides power domain isolation, helping to extend battery operation. ADP196 contains a low on-resistance, N-channel MOSFET that supports more than 3A of continuous current and minimizes power loss. In addition, RDSON is constant, independent of the VIN voltage.
