SLG5NT1533V Fast Turn On 2.5A Load Switch Renesas / Dialog SLG5NT1533V Fast Turn On 2.5A Load Switch is for fast On/Off power rail switching with big cap loading for mobile and portable applications. The SLG5NT1533V has a low RDS(ON) and is housed in an ultra-small STDFN 8L package. The package has two fused pins for the drain and two for the source. The 20mΩ SLG5NT1533V has a configurable slew rate control and logic level ON pin capable of supporting 0.85V CMOS logic. The internal circuit limits max inrush current to prevent device damage.
