These switches are galvanically isolated for safety using CMOS-based isolation technology, resulting in better reliability, performance, and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of over 150kV/μs. The logic interface for the Si834x supports low-power 2.25V MCUs and FPGAs. The switches offer a wide power supply range of 9V to 32V, making them ideal for a range of industrial digital voltage levels. Capable of providing up to 0.5A of IEC61131-2-compliant continuous current in a quad-channel configuration, Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si834x switches also provide 2.5A of continuous current in a single-channel configuration.
