TLE9104SH Power Switch IC Infineon TLE9104SH Power Switch IC is a 4-channel low-side switch in Smart Power Technology (SPT) with four open drain DMOS output stages. The output stages can be controlled directly by parallel inputs for PWM applications. The 4-channels are protected against overcurrent/temperature and enhanced with an active clamping circuitry for driving inductive loads. The TLE9104SH power switch IC is equipped with a 16-bit Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for control and diagnosis. This power switch IC load status detection is possible over the SPI for Short to Ground (SCG), Open Load (OL), and Short to Battery (SCB).
