Load Switch: TPS22924C The Texas Instruments TPS22924C ultra-small load switch features low on-resistance and controlled turn on. The TI TPS22924C contains N-channel MOSFETs that can operate over an input voltage range of 0.75V to 3.6V. The TI TPS22924C load switch includes an integrated charge pump that biases the NMOS switch to achieve a minimum switch ON resistance. This TI load switch comes in a CSP-6 package (0.9mm x 1.4mm, 0.5mm pitch) and is designed for use in a variety of applications, including battery powered equipment, portable industrial equipment, portable medical equipment, and more.
