XC6194 Smart Load Switches Torex Semiconductor XC6194 Smart Load Switches are ideal for battery-operated devices using push-button switches. The 10nA leak current at shutdown is low, allowing the IC to reduce the battery's discharge and creating longer shelf-life for devices. Torex XC6194 also has a power good function (the PG pin) for properly adjusting the timing of turning on the DC-DC regulator or other downstream system. The IC is equipped with output capacitor inrush current limiting function and short-circuit protection function, realizing an intelligent load switch. XC6194 push button load switch reduces the power consumed during the post-load wait and when power is off and allows the power to be shut down when there is a system freeze.
