TPS22932B Low On-Resistance Load Switch The Texas Instruments TPS22932B ultra low on-resistance load switch with controlled turn on contains a low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input range of 1.1V to 3.6V. The TI TPS22932B load switch is controlled by eight patterns of 3-bit input. The TPS22932B provides configurable enable logic and controlled slew-rate. The user can choose the logic functions MUX, AND, OR, NAND, NOR, inverter, and non-inverter. The TI TPS22932B load switch is designed for use in various applications, including PDAs, cell phones, GPS devices, MP3 players, digital cameras, peripheral ports, and portable instrumentation.
