Description
MCxxXS Power Drivers NXP Semiconductors MCxxXS Power Drivers are intelligent high-side switches for industrial and automotive applications. The MCxxXS Power Driver series includes single, dual, and quad output high-side switches. Control, device configuration, and diagnostics are performed through a 16-bit serial peripheral interface (SPI), allowing easy integration into existing applications. The output with selectable slew-rate improves electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) behavior. Additionally, each output has its own parallel input or SPI control for pulse-width modulation (PWM) control if desired.
