    Description
AEM30330 Vibration Energy Harvesting e-peas AEM30330 Vibration Energy Harvesting is a highly versatile, regulated single-output, buck-boost ambient energy manager for vibration sources. This harvester is an integrated energy management circuit that extracts DC power from an ambient energy harvesting source to supply an application and store energy simultaneously. The AEM30330 energy harvesting extends the battery lifetime and eliminates the primary energy storage element. This charger features a 100mV to 4.5V Maximum Power Point Tracking system (MPPT) voltage operation range and cold start from 275mV input voltage at 3µW input power (typical). The AEM30330 battery charger consists of 3 capacitors (10µF, 22µF, and 40µF) and comes in a QFN 40-pin 5mm x 5mm package. Typical applications include asset tracking/monitoring, industrial, retail ESL/smart sensors, aftermarket automotive, and smart home/building.
