    AEM10330 Solar Energy Harvester e-peas AEM10330 Solar Energy Harvester is an integrated energy management circuit that extracts DC power from an ambient energy harvesting source. This energy harvester extends the battery lifetime and eliminates the primary energy storage element in a large range of applications. The AEM10330 harvester operates at 100mV to 4.5V Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) range and 1.2V to 3.3V load voltage range. This solar energy harvester features 30mA low power mode, 60mA high power mode, and selectable open-circuit voltage ratios from 60% to 90% or fixed impedance. Typical applications include asset tracking/monitoring, industrial, retail ESL/smart sensors, aftermarket automotive, and smart home/building.
